The Dometic CVI1525 (SKU 9620008712) replaces a 2-burner LPG gas hob in the same 525×350mm footprint — making it a direct swap for van builds transitioning from gas to electric cooking. Induction heats the cookware directly rather than the surface, which means faster cooking, no open flame, and a cool-to-touch glass surface that’s safe around kids and tight spaces. Compatible with induction-ready cookware (magnetic base required). The sensor touch panel adjusts heat in 9 steps and the Boost function ramps power up instantly then cuts back automatically. Part of Dometic’s Cooking Vision modular concept — pair it with the Dometic VA8006 sink for a complete built-in kitchen unit. Requires 220–240V AC mains power.
