The finishing touch for your campervan interior. Caribbean Hull Liner is the professional-grade lining material used across the marine and RV industry — a soft-touch needle-punched polyester velour that covers walls, ceilings, and wheel arches with a clean, warm finish. Moisture-resistant, UV-stable, and flexible enough to follow any curve without wrinkling.

Benefits:
• Transforms bare metal and foam panels into a clean, professional interior finish.
• Soft velour surface reduces echo and noise inside the van.
• Moisture and UV resistant — won't go mouldy or fade in sunlight.
• Stretches slightly to follow wheel arches and curved roof ribs without wrinkles.
• Sold by the metre — order exactly what you need.
• Easy to trim with scissors and bond with spray adhesive.

Features:
Caribbean Hull Liner is needle-punched and UV-treated polyester at 200cm wide, giving you full coverage of most van wall and ceiling sections without joins. The velour finish is the same material found in quality motorhome and marine fit-outs — it looks good and wears well over years of use. Apply over your foam insulation layer using contact spray adhesive for a permanent, rattle-free finish. Particularly good for wheel arches where rigid panel materials are difficult to fit neatly. Sold by the metre — one metre covers a 200cm x 100cm area.

People are asking

How do I attach Caribbean Hull Liner to my van interior?

Spray adhesive is the standard method — apply to both the van surface and the back of the liner, allow to go tacky (around 30 seconds), then press firmly into place. The liner stretches slightly, which helps it conform around curves and wheel arches. Cut with sharp scissors or a Stanley knife for clean edges.

Is hull liner a substitute for foam insulation?

No — hull liner is a finishing material, not a primary insulator. It provides a tidy, professional surface finish, some acoustic benefit, and mildew resistance, but it does not have the thermal R-value of foam or polyester insulation. For best results, apply your foam insulation first, then the hull liner over the top as the final visible layer.

How much hull liner do I need for a full van interior?

A full mid-size van interior (walls, ceiling, and rear doors) typically requires 8-14 metres of hull liner at 200cm width, depending on van size and how much of the interior you are lining. The liner is sold by the metre so you can order exactly what you need. Measure your van panels and add around 10-15% for waste and overlaps.
