People are asking

Does the Igloo ICF80 have dual zone capability?

Yes. The ICF80 has dual zone capability, allowing you to run one compartment as a fridge and the other as a freezer simultaneously. This is ideal for longer trips where you need both chilled food and frozen items.

How much battery capacity do I need to run the Igloo ICF80?

As a rough guide, an 80L compressor fridge draws around 2-5A average on 12V. A 100Ah lithium battery would comfortably run it overnight, and adding a solar panel or DC-DC charger will keep it running indefinitely while driving. We recommend pairing it with a Projecta or similar battery management system for off-grid builds.

Can the Igloo ICF80 be laid on its side?

No. Compressor fridges should always be operated upright. Laying the unit on its side can cause compressor oil to migrate into the refrigerant lines and damage the compressor. Always transport and store the ICF80 upright or at no more than a 45 degree angle.
