The Maxxair 6-Button Wall Control (00A03650KIT) is a hard-wired replacement or addition to the handheld remote on compatible Maxxfan Deluxe models. It gives you all the same functions — open/close, 10-speed fan, intake/exhaust direction, and thermostat — from a sleek fixed panel. The six buttons are clearly labelled and easy to use in the dark. Compatible with Maxxfan models 00-04500K, 00-07000K, and 00-07500K. Note: compatible with 00-05100K and 00-06200K but the open/close button will not function on those models.

Communication cable (sold separately) required to connect to your roof vent.

Compatible with the Maxxfan Deluxe White and Maxxfan Deluxe Smoke.

Which Maxxfan models is the 6-button wall control compatible with?

The wall control is fully compatible with Maxxfan models 00-04500K, 00-07000K, and 00-07500K including the smoke version. It is also compatible with 00-05100K and 00-06200K, but on those models the open/close button will not function — only speed and direction controls will work.

Does the wall control replace or supplement the handheld remote?

It can do either. Most builders use it as a permanent hard-wired alternative to the handheld remote, eliminating the need for batteries. You can also use both — the wall control and the handheld remote can be used together, giving you control from multiple points in the van.

Does the communication cable come included?

No. The communication cable (Maxxair part 10-04700KF) is sold separately. It connects the wall control to the roof vent unit via an RJ11-style connector. Make sure you order the cable at the same time as the wall control.
