Is this door made to order?

Yes. Allow 10 to 14 business days for processing and production. The door is manufactured to the specified 1660 x 530mm size with your choice of left or right hinge. Because it is made to order, please double-check your opening dimensions before placing your order — returns cannot be accepted on custom-made items.

How do I specify left or right hinge?

Hinge side is determined by where you want the door to open from when standing inside the shower looking out. Left hinge means the hinge is on your left as you face the door from inside. Right hinge means the hinge is on your right. If unsure, contact us with a photo or rough sketch of your shower layout and we will confirm the correct option before ordering.

Is the acrylic mirror panel safe in a wet shower environment?

Yes. The 4.5mm satin acrylic panel is moisture-resistant and specifically chosen for wet area applications. Unlike glass it won't shatter, and unlike standard mirror it won't delaminate when exposed to steam and water over time.
