This Deck Hatch Latch is non-locking, flush mounted and uses 2" diameter cut out. It's ideal for mounting in panels 7 to 18mm thick and comes complete with 2 screws, 2 spacers and metal latch bracket.

This UV stabilized Nylon boat for latch is durable and resistant to the harsh marine conditions. 
With a 2.4" diameter they are designed to fit in a standard 2" hole cutout. 
Flush mount, with two bolts for easy installation . 
These latches are a very commonly used on access doors, bait well lids, hatches, center console doors, tackle units, and drawer units, electrical enclosures.
